فس، تفسير القمي إِنَّمَا النَّسِيءُ زِيادَةٌ فِي الْكُفْرِ كَانَ سَبَبَ نُزُولِهَا أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ كِنَانَةَ كَانَ يَقِفُ فِي الْمَوْسِمِ فَيَقُولُ قَدْ أَحْلَلْتُ دِمَاءَ الْمُحِلِّينَ طَيِّئٍ وَ خَثْعَمٍ فِي شَهْرِ الْمُحَرَّمِ وَ أَنْسَأْتُهُ وَ حَرَّمْتُ بَدَلَهُ صَفَرَ فَإِذَا كَانَ الْعَامُ الْمُقْبِلُ يَقُولُ قَدْ أَحْلَلْتُ صَفَرَ وَ أَنْسَأْتُهُ وَ حَرَّمْتُ بَدَلَهُ شَهْرَ الْمُحَرَّمِ فَنَزَلَتِ الْآيَةُ.
Tafseer Al Qummi – But rather, the postponement (of the Sacred months) increases in the Kufr, [9: 37]. The reasons for its Revelation was that a man from the (clan of) Kanana had paused during the season (of Hajj), and he was saying, ‘I have legalised the (shedding of) blood in the neighbourhood of Tayy and Khas’am during the Sacred months and have postponed it, and have sanctified (the month of) Safar instead. So when it was the next year he said, ‘I have legalised Safar and postposed it, and have sanctified instead of it the month of Al Muharram. So, the Verse was Revealed’’. [13] (An opinion)
