يف، الطرائف مد، العمدة بِإِسْنَادِهِمَا إِلَى صَحِيحَيِ الْبُخَارِيِّ وَ مُسْلِمٍ وَ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الصَّحِيحَيْنِ بِإِسْنَادِهِمْ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّكُمْ مَحْشُورُونَ إِلَى اللَّهِ عُرَاةً حُفَاتاً غُرْلًا ثُمَّ تَلَا كَما بَدَأْنا أَوَّلَ خَلْقٍ نُعِيدُهُ وَعْداً عَلَيْنا إِنَّا كُنَّا فاعِلِينَ
ثُمَّ قَالَ أَلَا وَ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ الْخَلَائِقِ يُكْسَى يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ وَ إِنَّهُ يُجَاءُ بِرِجَالٍ مِنْ أُمَّتِي فَيُؤْخَذُ بِهِمْ ذَاتَ الشِّمَالِ فَأَقُولُ يَا رَبِّ أَصْحَابِي فَيُقَالُ إِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثُوا بَعْدَكَ
فَأَقُولُ كَمَا قَالَ الْعَبْدُ الصَّالِحُ وَ كُنْتُ عَلَيْهِمْ شَهِيداً ما دُمْتُ فِيهِمْ فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّيْتَنِي كُنْتَ أَنْتَ الرَّقِيبَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَ أَنْتَ عَلى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ فَيُقَالُ إِنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ لَمْ يَزَالُوا مُرْتَدِّينَ عَلَى أَعْقَابِهِمْ مُنْذُ فَارَقْتَهُمْ. قَالَ مُسْلِمٌ وَ فِي حَدِيثِ وَكِيعٍ وَ مُعَاذٍ فَيُقَالُ إِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثُوا بَعْدَكَ.
(The book) ‘Al Taraif’ (and) ‘Al Amdah’, by their chains to Saheeh Al Bukhari and Muslim, and ‘Jam’a Bay Al Sahiheyn’, by their chain to Ibn Abbas who said, ‘Rasool-Allah-saww addressed saying: ‘O you people! You will be Resurrected to Allah-azwj, naked, bare-footed, uncircumcised! ’ Then he-saww recited: Just as We Began the first creation, We will Repeat it, being a Promise upon Us. [21: 104]. Then he-saww said: ‘Indeed! And the first of the creatures to be clothed on the Day of Qiyamah would be Ibrahim-as, and they will come with men from my-saww community, and take them to the left. So I-saww shall say: ‘O Lord-azwj! My-saww companions! ’ He-azwj would Say: “You-saww don’t know what they innovated after you-saww”. I-saww shall say just as the righteous servant (Isa-as) said: and I was a witness upon them for as long as I was among them. But when You Caused me to die, You were the Watcher upon them; and You are a Witness upon all things [5: 117]’. He-azwj would Say: “They did not cease to turn back upon their heels since you-saww separated from them”. Muslim said, ‘And in a Hadeeth of Wakie and Muaz (Bin Jabal), ‘He-azwj would Say: “You-saww don’t know what they innovated after you-saww”’. [35] (Non-Shia source)
