ما، الأمالي للشيخ الطوسي جَمَاعَةٌ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُفَضَّلِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ نَصْرِ بْنِ مُزَاحِمٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ ظُهَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ سَابُورَ الترجمي [الْبُرْجُمِيِ] عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ بُرَيْدَةَ بْنِ حُصَيْبٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص عَهِدَ إِلَيَّ رَبِّي تَعَالَى عَهْداً فَقُلْتُ يَا رَبِّ بَيِّنْهُ لِي فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ اسْمَعْ عَلِيٌّ رَايَةُ الْهُدَى وَ إِمَامُ أَوْلِيَائِي وَ نُورُ مَنْ أَطَاعَنِي وَ هُوَ الْكَلِمَةُ الَّتِي أَلْزَمْتُهَا الْمُتَّقِينَ فَمَنْ أَحَبَّهُ فَقَدْ أَحَبَّنِي وَ مَنْ أَبْغَضَهُ فَقَدْ أَبْغَضَنِي فَبَشِّرْهُ بِذَلِكَ
قَالَ قُلْتُ أَجْلِ قَلْبَهُ وَ اجْعَلْ رَبِيعَةَ الْإِيمَانِ فِي قَلْبِهِ قَالَ فَقَدْ فَعَلْتُ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنِّي مُسْتَخِصُّهُ بِبَلَاءٍ لَمْ يُصِبْ أَحَداً مِنْ أُمَّتِي
قَالَ قُلْتُ أَخِي وَ صَاحِبِي قَالَ ذَلِكَ مِمَّا قَدْ سَبَقَ مِنِّي إِنَّهُ مُبْتَلًى وَ مُبْتَلًى بِهِ.
(The book) ‘Al Amaali’ of the sheykh Al Tusi – A group, from Abu Al Mufazzal, from Muhammad Bin Al Qasim Bin Zakariya, from Husayn Bin Nasr Bin Muzahim, from Ibrahim Bin Al Hakam Bin Zuheyr, from his father, from Mansour Bin Sabour Al Tarjamy, from Abdullah Bin Bureyda, from his father Bureyda Bin Huseyb Al Aslami who said, ‘My-saww Lord-azwj the Exalted Made a Pact to me-saww, so I-saww said; ‘O Lord-azwj! Explain it to me-saww’. He-azwj Said: “O Muhammad-saww! Listen. Ali-asws is the flag of guidance, and Imam-asws of My-azwj friends, and Noor of the ones obeying Me-azwj, and he-asws is the word which I-azwj Necessitated for the pious. One loving him-asws has loved Me-azwj and one hating him-asws has hated Me-azwj. So, give him-asws glad tidings with that! ”
He-saww said: ‘I-saww said: ‘Polish his-asws heart and Make the nourishment of the Eman to be in his-asws heart’. He-azwj Said: “I-azwj have already Done so! ” Then He-azwj Said: ‘I-azwj shall be Particularising him-asws with afflictions I-azwj had not Afflicted anyone from My-azwj community! ”
He-saww said: ‘I-saww said: ‘My-saww brother-asws and my-saww companion! ’ He-azwj Said: “That is from what has preceded from Me-azwj. He-asws will be Tried and Tried with it! ”’[66]
