قب، المناقب لابن شهرآشوب أَبُو طَالِبٍ الْمَكِّيُّ فِي قُوتِ الْقُلُوبِ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَ ع تَزَوَّجَ مِائَتَيْنِ وَ خَمْسِينَ امْرَأَةً وَ قَدْ قِيلَ ثَلَاثَمِائَةٍ وَ كَانَ عَلِيٌّ يَضْجَرُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَكَانَ يَقُولُ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَ مِطْلَاقٌ فَلَا تُنْكِحُوهُ. أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُحَدِّثُ فِي رامش أفزاي أَنَّ هَذِهِ النِّسَاءَ كُلَّهُنَّ خَرَجْنَ فِي خَلْفِ جَنَازَتِهِ حَافِيَاتٍ.
(The book) ‘Al Manaqib’ of Ibn Shehr Ashub – Abu Talib Al Makky in (the book) ‘Quwat Al Quloob’ –
‘Al-Hassan-asws married two hundred and fifty women. And it is said, three hundred. And Ali-asws used to rebuke from that, and he-asws had said in his-asws sermon: ‘Al-Hassan-asws is a divorcing one, so do not marry (your women) to him-asws’’.
