Hadith 47

(The book) ‘Uyoon Akhbar Al-Reza-asws’ –Al Hamdany, from Ali, from his father, from Muhammad Bin Sinan who said, ‘I entered to see Abu Al-Hassan-asws a year before he-asws was taken to Al-Iraq, and his-asws son-asws Ali-asws was in front of him-asws. He-asws said to me: ‘O Muhammad! ’ I said, ‘Here I am! ’ He-asws said; ‘A movement will be taking place during this year, so do not panic from it’. Then he-asws lowered his-asws head and tapped by his-asws hand in the ground, and he-asws raised his-asws towards me and he-asws said: and Allah Lets the unjust to go astray, and Allah does whatsoever He so Desires to [14: 27]’. I said, ‘And what is that? May I be sacrificed for you-asws! ’
He-asws said: ‘One who oppresses this son-asws of mine-asws of his-asws rights and rejects his-asws Imamate from after me-asws would be like the one who oppressed Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws of his-asws rights and rejected his-asws Imamate from after Muhammad-saww’. I knew that he-asws had obituarised himself-asws to me and pointed upon his-asws son-asws. I said, ‘By Allah-azwj! If Allah-azwj were to extend my age, I would submit his-asws rights to him-asws and acknowledge to him-asws with the Imamate, and I testify that from after you-asws, he-asws is the Divine Authority of Allah-azwj upon His-azwj creatures, and the caller to His-azwj religion’. He-asws said to me: ‘O Muhammad! Allah-azwj will Extend in your age and you will be calling to his-asws Imamate and the Imamate of the one to be standing in his-asws Place from after him-asws! ’ I said, ‘Who is that? May I be sacrificed for you-asws! ’ He-asws said: ‘His-asws son-asws Muhammad-asws’. He (the narrator) said, ‘I said, ‘So the pleasure and the submission’. He-asws said: ‘Yes, like that I-asws have found you to be in the book of Amir Al-Momineen-asws. But you are from our-asws Shias, and eye from the lightning in the dark night (metaphor)’. Then he-asws said: ‘O Muhammad! Al-Mufazzal was my-asws comfort and my-asws rest, and you shall be both their-asws comfort and their-asws rest. It is Prohibited unto the Fire that is touches you, ever! ’’[50]
