ع، علل الشرائع بِالْإِسْنَادِ الْمُتَقَدِّمِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: قَذْفُ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْكَبَائِرِ لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ لُعِنُوا فِي الدُّنْيا وَ الْآخِرَةِ وَ لَهُمْ عَذابٌ عَظِيمٌ.
(The book) ‘Ilal Al Sharaie’ – by the previous chain, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘Slandering the married women is from the major sins because Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Says: they would be Cursed in the world and the Hereafter, and for them is a grievous Punishment [24: 23]’’. [9]
