يج، الخرائج و الجرائح رُوِيَ أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ جُنَيْدٍ قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ ضَرِيرٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص فَشَكَا إِلَيْهِ ذَهَابَ بَصَرِهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص ائْتِ الْمِيضَاةَ فَتَوَضَّ ثُمَّ صَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قُلِ
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ وَ أَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَيْكَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيِّ الرَّحْمَةِ يَا مُحَمَّدُ إِنِّي أَتَوَجَّهُ بِكَ إِلَى رَبِّكَ لِيَجْلُوَ بِهِ عَنْ بَصَرِي اللَّهُمَّ شَفِّعْهُ فِيَّ وَ شَفِّعْنِي فِي نَفْسِي
قَالَ ابْنُ جُنَيْدٍ فَلَمْ يَطُلْ بِنَا الْحَدِيثُ حَتَّى دَخَلَ الرَّجُلُ كَأَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ بِهِ ضَرَرٌ قَطُّ.
(The book) ‘Al Kharaij Wa Al Jaraih’ –
‘It is reported that Usman Bin Juneyd said, ‘A desperate man came to Rasool-Allah-saww. He complained to him of the loss of his sight. Rasool-Allah-saww said to him: ‘Bring the washbasin, perform Wud’u, then pray two Cycles Salat, then say: –
‘O Allah-azwj, and I turn to You-azwj through Muhammad-saww the Prophet-saww of Mercy! O Muhammad-saww! I turn through you-saww to your-saww Lord-azwj for Him-azwj Enlighten my vision. O Allah-azwj! Intercede for him-saww regarding me, and Heal me regarding myself! ’’
Ibn Juneyd said, ‘The discussion had not prolonged with us until the man entered as if there had not been any harm with him at all! ’’[7]
