فس، تفسير القمي حم- وَ الْكِتابِ الْمُبِينِ- إِنَّا أَنْزَلْناهُ يَعْنِي الْقُرْآنَ- فِي لَيْلَةٍ مُبارَكَةٍ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُنْذِرِينَ وَ هِيَ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ الْقُرْآنَ فِيهَا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الْمَعْمُورِ جُمْلَةً وَاحِدَةً ثُمَّ نَزَلَ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ الْمَعْمُورِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص فِي طُولِ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً-
فِيها يُفْرَقُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ أَيْ يُقَدِّرُ اللَّهُ كُلَّ أَمْرٍ مِنَ الْحَقِّ وَ مِنَ الْبَاطِلِ وَ مَا يَكُونُ فِي تِلْكَ السَّنَةِ وَ لَهُ فِيهِ الْبَدَاءُ وَ الْمَشِيَّةُ يُقَدِّمُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَ يُؤَخِّرُ مَا يَشَاءُ مِنَ الْآجَالِ وَ الْأَرْزَاقِ وَ الْبَلَايَا وَ الْأَعْرَاضِ وَ الْأَمْرَاضِ وَ يَزِيدُ فِيهَا مَا يَشَاءُ
وَ يُلْقِيهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص إِلَى أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع وَ يُلْقِيهِ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِلَى الْأَئِمَّةِ ع حَتَّى يَنْتَهِيَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى صَاحِبِ الزَّمَانِ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَ يَشْتَرِطُ لَهُ فِيهِ الْبَدَاءَ وَ الْمَشِيَّةَ وَ التَّقْدِيمَ وَ التَّأْخِيرَ. قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي بِذَلِكَ أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ وَ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ
قَالَ وَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَاجِرِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ: يَا أَبَا الْمُهَاجِرِ لَا يَخْفَى عَلَيْنَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ إِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ يَطُوفُونَ بِنَا فِيهَا.
Tafseer Al Qummi –
Ha Meem! [44: 1] (I Swear) by the Clarifying Book [44: 2] Surely, We Revealed it – meaning the Quran – during a Blessed Night Surely, We are ever Warning [44: 3] – and it is Laylat Al-Qadr. The Quran was Revealed (Sent down) during it to Al-Bayt Al-Mamour as a whole, then it was Revealed from Al-Bayt Al-Mamour unto Rasool-Allah-saww during a length of twenty years. During it, – Laylat Al-Qadr – every wise matter is made distinct [44: 4] – i. e. Allah-azwj Pre-determines all matters, from the truth and from the falsehood, and what would be happening during that year, and for Him-azwj in it is the change of Decision and the Desire. He-azwj Advances whatever He-azwj so Desires to and Delays whatever He-azwj so Desires to, from the terms, and the sustenance, and the afflictions, and the symptoms and the sicknesses, and Increases in it whatever He-azwj so Desires to! And Rasool-Allah-saww conveyed it to Amir Al-Momineen-asws, and he-asws conveyed it to the Imams-asws until that ended to Master the Time (12th Imam-ajfj), may the Salawaat of Allah-azwj be upon him-asws, he-saww stipulated for it in it being the change of Decision, and the Desire, and the Advancing and the Delaying’’. [34]
He said, ‘My father narrated to me with that, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abdullah Bin Muskan, from Abu Ja’far-asws and Abu Abdullah-asws and Abu Al-Hassan-asws, may the Salawaat of Allah-azwj be upon them-asws. He said, ‘And my father narrated to me from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Yunus, from Dawood Bin Farqad, from Abu Al Muhajir, ‘From Abu Ja’far-asws, may the Salawaat of Allah-azwj be upon him-asws, said: ‘O Abu Al-Muhajir! Laylat Al-Qadr is not hidden unto us-asws! The Angels do our-asws Tawaaf during it! ’’[35]
