ك، إكمال الدين ابْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنِ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنِ الرِّضَا ع قَالَ: إِنَّ الْأَرْضَ لَا تَخْلُو مِنْ أَنْ يَكُونَ فِيهَا إِمَامٌ مِنَّا.
(The book) ‘Ikmal Al Deen – Ibn Al Waleed, from Al Himeyri, from Yaqoub Bin Yazeed, from Safwan, ‘From Al-Reza-asws: ‘It (earth) cannot be vacant from there happening to be an Imam-asws from us-asws in it’’. [79]
