كشف، كشف الغمة قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ مِنْ مَنَاقِبِهِ ع أَنَّهُ لَمَّا جَعَلَ الْمَأْمُونُ الرِّضَا ع وَلِيَّ عَهْدِهِ وَ أَقَامَهُ خَلِيفَةً مِنْ بَعْدِهِ كَانَ فِي حَاشِيَةِ الْمَأْمُونِ أُنَاسٌ كَرِهُوا ذَلِكَ وَ خَافُوا خُرُوجَ الْخِلَافَةِ عَنْ بَنِي الْعَبَّاسِ وَ رَدَّهَا إِلَى بَنِي فَاطِمَةَ عَلَى الْجَمِيعِ السَّلَامُ
فَحَصَلَ عِنْدَهُمْ مِنَ الرِّضَا ع نُفُورٌ وَ كَانَ عَادَةُ الرِّضَا ع إِذَا جَاءَ إِلَى دَارِ الْمَأْمُونِ لِيَدْخُلَ عَلَيْهِ يُبَادِرُ مَنْ بِالدِّهْلِيزِ مِنَ الْحَاشِيَةِ إِلَى السَّلَامِ عَلَيْهِ وَ رَفْعِ السِّتْرِ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ لِيَدْخُلَ
فَلَمَّا حَصَلَتْ لَهُمُ النَّفْرَةُ عَنْهُ تَوَاصَوْا فِيمَا بَيْنَهُمْ وَ قَالُوا إِذَا جَاءَ لِيَدْخُلَ عَلَى الْخَلِيفَةِ أَعْرِضُوا عَنْهُ وَ لَا تَرْفَعُوا السِّتْرَ لَهُ فَاتَّفَقُوا عَلَى ذَلِكَ فَبَيْنَا هُمْ قُعُودٌ إِذْ جَاءَ الرِّضَا ع عَلَى عَادَتِهِ فَلَمْ يَمْلِكُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ أَنْ سَلَّمُوا عَلَيْهِ وَ رَفَعُوا السِّتْرَ عَلَى عَادَتِهِمْ
فَلَمَّا دَخَلَ أَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ يَتَلَاوَمُونَ كَوْنَهُمْ مَا وَقَفُوا عَلَى مَا اتَّفَقُوا عَلَيْهِ وَ قَالُوا النَّوْبَةُ الْآتِيَةُ إِذَا جَاءَ لَا نَرْفَعُهُ لَهُ فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ جَاءَ فَقَامُوا وَ سَلَّمُوا عَلَيْهِ وَ وَقَفُوا وَ لَمْ يَبْتَدِرُوا إِلَى رَفْعِ السِّتْرِ فَأَرْسَلَ اللَّهُ رِيحاً شَدِيدَةً دَخَلَتْ فِي السِّتْرِ فَرَفَعَتْهُ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا كَانُوا يَرْفَعُونَهُ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ فَسَكَنَتِ الرِّيحُ فَعَادَ إِلَى مَا كَانَ
فَلَمَّا خَرَجَ عَادَتِ الرِّيحُ دَخَلَتْ فِي السِّتْرِ رَفَعَتْهُ حَتَّى خَرَجَ ثُمَّ سَكَنَتْ فَعَادَ السِّتْرُ فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَ أَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَ قَالُوا هَلْ رَأَيْتُمْ قَالُوا نَعَمْ
فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ يَا قَوْمِ هَذَا رَجُلٌ لَهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مَنْزِلَةٌ وَ لِلَّهِ بِهِ عِنَايَةٌ أَ لَمْ تَرَوْا أَنَّكُمْ لَمَّا لَمْ تَرْفَعُوا لَهُ السِّتْرَ أَرْسَلَ اللَّهُ الرِّيحَ وَ سَخَّرَهَا لَهُ لِرَفْعِ السِّتْرِ كَمَا سَخَّرَهَا لِسُلَيْمَانَ فَارْجِعُوا إِلَى خِدْمَتِهِ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ فَعَادُوا إِلَى مَا كَانُوا عَلَيْهِ وَ زَادَتْ عَقِيدَتُهُمْ فِيهِ
وَ مِنْهَا أَنَّهُ كَانَ بِخُرَاسَانَ امْرَأَةٌ تُسَمَّى
(The book) ‘Kashf Al Ghumma’ – Muhammad Bin Talha said, ‘From his-asws virtues is that when Al-Mamoun made Al-Reza-asws his heir-apparent and nominated him-asws as a caliph from after him, there were some people in the special ones/family members of Al-Mamoun had disliked that and they feared the exit of the caliphate from the Abbasids and being returned to the sons of (Syeda) Fatima-asws, the greetings be upon them all. That resulted in aversion with them from Al-Reza-asws, and it was the norm for Al-Reza-asws, whenever he-asws entered to the house of Al-Mamoun in order to enter to see him, people from the special ones would rush towards him-asws from the corridor for the greeting upon him-asws and raise the curtain in front of him-asws, for him-asws to enter. When the aversion resulted for them about him-asws, they consulted between them and said, ‘When he-asws comes to enter to see the caliph, turn away from him-asws and do not raise the curtain for him-asws’. They concurred upon that. While they were seated when Al-Reza-asws came upon his-asws norm, but they could not control themselves and they greeted unto him-asws and they raised the curtain upon their habit. When he-asws had entered, they faced blaming each other of their behaviour, and their stopping upon what they had concurred upon, and they said, ‘The next time, we will not raise it for him-asws’. When it was during that day, he-asws came. They stood up and greeted unto him-asws, and they stood and did not rush to raise the curtain. So, Allah-azwj Sent a strong breeze which entered into the curtain and raised it more than they had been raising it. Then he-asws entered and the wind settled, and it returned to what it had been. When he-asws went out as per his-asws norm, the wind entered into the curtain, raised it until he-asws had gone out, then it settled, and the curtain returned. When he-asws had gone, they faced each other and said, ‘Did you see? ’ They said, ‘Yes’. One of them said to the other, ‘O people! This is a man having a status for him-asws in the Presence of Allah-azwj, and there is a patronage for him-asws for Allah-azwj. Did you not see, when you did not raise the curtain for him-asws Allah-azwj Sent the wind and Caused it to be subservient for him-asws in order to raise the curtain like what He-azwj had is Subdued for Suleyman-as, so return to his-asws service, for it would be better for you all! ’ They returned to what they had been upon, and their beliefs in him-asws increased.
