مكا، مكارم الأخلاق لِلصُّدَاعِ وَ الشَّقِيقَةِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: اقْرَأْ وَ لَوْ أَنَ قُرْآناً سُيِّرَتْ بِهِ الْجِبالُ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ جَمِيعاً تَكادُ السَّماواتُ يَتَفَطَّرْنَ مِنْهُ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ هَدًّا وَ جَعَلْنا مِنْ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ سَدًّا وَ مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا الْآيَةَ
وَ يا أَرْضُ ابْلَعِي ماءَكِ وَ يا سَماءُ أَقْلِعِي الْآيَةَ مِثْلَهُ فَمَنْ كانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضاً إِلَى قَوْلِهِ نُسُكٍ يَدُ اللَّهِ فَوْقَ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَمَنْ نَكَثَ فَإِنَّما يَنْكُثُ عَلى نَفْسِهِ اسْكُنْ سَكَّنْتُكَ يَا وَجَعَ الرَّأْسِ بِالَّذِي سَكَنَ لَهُ مَا فِي اللَّيْلِ وَ النَّهارِ وَ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ. مِثْلَهُ اشْتَكَى إِلَى الصَّادِقِ ع رَجُلٌ مِنَ الصُّدَاعِ فَقَالَ ضَعْ يَدَكَ عَلَى الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي يُصَدِّعُكَ وَ اقْرَأْ آيَةَ الْكُرْسِيِّ وَ فَاتِحَةَ الْكِتَابِ وَ قُلْ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ أَجَلُّ وَ أَكْبَرُ مِمَّا أَخَافُ وَ أَحْذَرُ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ عِرْقٍ نَعَّارٍ وَ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ حَرِّ النَّارِ. لِلصُّدَاعِ رَوَى عُمَرُ بْنُ حَنْظَلَةَ قَالَ: شَكَوْتُ إِلَى أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع صُدَاعاً يُصِيبُنِي قَالَ إِذَا أَصَابَكَ فَضَعْ يَدَكَ عَلَى هَامَتِكَ فَقُلْ لَوْ كانَ مَعَهُ آلِهَةٌ كَما يَقُولُونَ إِذاً لَابْتَغَوْا إِلى ذِي الْعَرْشِ سَبِيلًا وَ إِذا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعالَوْا إِلى ما أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ وَ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ رَأَيْتَ الْمُنافِقِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنْكَ صُدُوداً. دَعَوَاتُ الرَّاوَنْدِيِّ، مِثْلَهُ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ سَبِيلًا وَ إِذَا ذَكَرَ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ رَأَيْتَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يَصُدُّونَ عَنْكَ صُدُوداً.
(The book) ‘Makarim Al Akhlaq’-
‘For the headache and the migraine, from Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘Read: And even though the Quran is such, the mountain can be moved by it, – up to His-azwj Words – altogether? [13: 31] The skies may almost be torn apart from it, – up to His-azwj Words – crumbling [19: 90] And We Made a barrier to be from their front and a barrier from their back, [36: 9] – the Verse. And, “O earth, swallow down your water, and O sky, clear away! ” [11: 44] – the Verse. Similar to it, So the one from you who was sick, [2: 184] – up to His-azwj Words: a ritualistic offering [2: 196]; the Hand of Allah being Above their hands. So the one who breaks, is rather breaking against himself, [48: 10]! Settle down! I settle you, O pain of the head, by the One to Whom have settled whatever is in the night and the day, and He-azwj is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing! ’’[161]
Similar to it – ‘A man complained to Al-Sadiq-asws of the headache. He-asws said: ‘Place your hand upon the place in which is your headache, and read Ayat Al Kursi, and Surah Al Fatiha, and say, ‘Allah-azwj is Greatest! Allah-azwj is Greatest! There is no god except Allah-azwj, and Allah‑azwj is more Majestic and Greater than what I fear and am cautious of! I seek Refuge with Allah-azwj from a stirring vein (spurting blood), and I seek Refuge with Allah-azwj from heat of the fire! ’’[162]
For the headache – It is reported by Umar Bin Hanzala who said, ‘I complained of headache afflicting me, to Abu Ja’far-asws. He-asws said: ‘When it afflicts you, place your hand upon your head, and say, ‘‘If there was another god with Him just as they are saying, then he would have sought a way to the One with the Throne [17: 42] And when it is said to them: ‘Come to what Allah has Revealed and to the Rasool’, you will see the hypocrites hindering (people) from you in aversion [4: 61]! ’’[163]
(The book) ‘Dawaat’ of Al-Rawandy – similar to it up to His-azwj Words: a way [4: 61]. And when Allah-azwj Alone is mentioned, you will see those committing Kufr, hindering (people) from you in aversion [4: 61]! ’’[164]
