مع، معاني الأخبار أَبِي عَنْ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ صَالِحٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ: ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع- إِنَّا أَنْزَلْناهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ قَالَ مَا أَبْيَنَ فَضْلَهَا عَلَى السُّوَرِ
قَالَ قُلْتُ وَ أَيُّ شَيْءٍ فَضْلُهَا
قَالَ نَزَلَتْ وَلَايَةُ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فِيهَا
قُلْتُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ الَّتِي نُرَجِّيهَا فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ
قَالَ نَعَمْ هِيَ لَيْلَةٌ قُدِّرَتْ فِيهَا السَّمَاوَاتُ وَ الْأَرْضُ وَ قُدِّرَتْ وَلَايَةُ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فِيهَا.
(The book) ‘Ma’any Al Akhbar – My father, from Sa’ad, from Ibn Abu Al Khattab, from Muhammad Bin Ubeyd Bin Mihran, from Salih, from Salih Bin Uqba, from Al Fazl Bin Usman who said, ‘Surah Al-Qadr was mentioned in the presence of Abu Abdullah-asws. He-asws said: ‘How clear are its merits over (the other) chapters! ’
He (the narrator) said, ‘I said, ‘And which thing are its merits? ’
He-asws said: ‘The Wilayah of Amir Al-Momineen-asws was Revealed in it! ’
I said, ‘In Laylat Al-Qadr which is hoped for during month of Ramazan? ’
He-asws said: ‘Yes. It is a night in which were Pre-determined the skies and the earth, and Wilayah of Amir Al-Momineen-asws was Pre-determined in it! ’’[56]
