الْهِدَايَةُ لِلصَّدُوقِ، قَالَ الصَّادِقُ ع غُسْلُ الْجَنَابَةِ وَ الْحَيْضِ وَاحِدٌ. وَ رُوِيَ أَنَّ مَنْ قَصَدَ مَصْلُوباً فَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهِ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْغُسْلُ عُقُوبَةً. باب 2 جوامع أحكام الأغسال الواجبة و المندوبة و آدابها
(The book) ‘Al Hidaya’ of Al Sadouq –
‘Al-Sadiq-asws said: ‘Washing for the sexual impurity and the menstruation is one’’. [65]
And it is reported that the one who aims (to see) a crucified (person), so he looks at him, the washing is obligatory upon him as a punishment’’. [66]
