Chapter on Delegating Hajj to Someone Who Undertakes it — الحديث 12

2875 - وَ قَالَ وَهْبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ لِلصَّادِقِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: أَ يَحُجُّ اَلرَّجُلُ عَنِ اَلنَّاصِبِ فَقَالَ «لاَ» قُلْتُ فَإِنْ كَانَ أَبِي فَقَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ أَبَاكَ فَحُجَّ عَنْهُ.
Hadith. 2875 - Wahb ibn Abd Rabbih said to Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as): "Can a man perform Hajj on behalf of a Nasibi (one who harbors enmity toward the Ahlulbayt)? "
Imam (as) replied: "No. "
I said: "What if it was my father? "
Imam (as) said: "If it was your father, then perform Hajj on his behalf. "
