Chapter on What is Obligatory When an Animal Strikes a Person with Its Front or Hind Legs — الحديث 5352

5352 -: "وَ قَضَى أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي دَابَّةٍ عَلَيْهَا رَدِيفَانِ فَقَتَلَتِ اَلدَّابَّةُ رَجُلاً أَوْ جَرَحَتْهُ فَقَضَى بِالْغَرَامَةِ بَيْنَ اَلرَّدِيفَيْنِ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ".
Hadith. 5352 - "And the Commander of the Faithful (as) ruled regarding an animal carrying two riders, and the animal killed or injured a man. Imam (as) ruled that the compensation would be equally divided between the two riders. "
