ختص، الإختصاص ابْنُ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ الْخَثْعَمِيِّ عَنِ الْقَصِيرِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ: كَانَ عَلِيٌّ ع إِذَا وَرَدَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرٌ لَمْ يَنْزِلْ بِهِ كِتَابٌ وَ لَا سُنَّةٌ رَجَمَ فَأَصَابَ
قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع وَ هِيَ الْمُعْضِلَاتُ.
(The book) ‘Al Ikhtisaas’ – Ibn Isa, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Al Khas’amy, from Al Quseyr, ‘From Abu Ja’far-asws having said: ‘It was so that whenever a matter was referred to Ali-asws not having been Revealed in the Book, nor there being a Sunnah (for it), threw (drew lots) and got it right’. Abu Ja’far-asws said: ‘And these are the dilemmas’’. [51]
