Hadith 12

(The book) ‘Qasas Al Anbiyaas – Al Murtaza Bin Al Dai’e, form Ja’far Al Dowristy, from his father, from Al Sadouq, from Al Husayn Bin Muhammad Bin Saeed, from Furat Bin Ibrahim, from Al Hassan Bin Al Husayn, from Ibrahim Bin Al Fazl, from Al Hassan Bin Ali Al Zafrany, from Sahl bin Sinan, from Abu Ja’far Bin Muhammad Al Taify, from Muhammad Bin Abdullah, from Muhammad Bin Is’haq, from Al Waqidy, from Al Huzeyl, from Makhowl, from Tawoos, from Ibn Abbas who said, ‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘When Allahazwj Created Adamas, Made himas pause in front of Himazwj. Heas sneezed, so Allahazwj Inspired him that heas praises Himazwj. Heazwj Said: “O Adamas! Are youas praising Meazwj? By Myazwj Mighty and Myazwj Majesty! Had it not been for two servants Iazwj Intend to Create at the end of times, Iazwj would not have Created youas! ”
Adamas said: ‘O Lordazwj! By theirasws worth in Yourazwj Presence! What are theirasws names? ’ The Exalted Said: “O Adamas! Look around the Throne! ” And there were in two lines of light. The first line was: “There is no god except Allahazwj, Muhammadsaww is the Prophetsaww of mercy, and Aliasws is the key to Paradise”. And the second line was: “Iazwj have Sworn upon Myselfazwj that Iazwj shall be Merciful to the one who befriends themasws and Punish the ones who are inimical to themasws”’. [12]
