شا، الإرشاد مِنْ كَلَامِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع عِنْدَ تَطْوَافِهِ عَلَى الْقَتْلَى هَذِهِ قُرَيْشٌ جَدَعْتُ أَنْفِي وَ شَفَيْتُ نَفْسِي فَقَدْ تَقَدَّمْتُ إِلَيْكُمْ أُحَذِّرُكُمْ عَضَّ السَّيْفِ وَ كُنْتُمْ أَحْدَاثاً لَا عِلْمَ لَكُمْ بِمَا تَرَوْنَ وَ لَكِنَّهُ الْحَيْنُ وَ سُوءُ الْمَصْرَعِ وَ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ سُوءِ الْمَصْرَعِ
ثُمَّ مَرَّ عَلَى مَعْبَدِ بْنِ الْمِقْدَادِ فَقَالَ رَحِمَ اللَّهُ أَبَا هَذَا أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَوْ كَانَ حَيّاً لَكَانَ رَأْيُهُ أَحْسَنَ مِنْ رَأْيِ هَذَا
فَقَالَ عَمَّارُ بْنُ يَاسِرٍ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَوْقَعَهُ وَ جَعَلَ خَدَّهُ الْأَسْفَلَ إِنَّا وَ اللَّهِ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لَا نُبَالِي مَنْ عَنَدَ عَنِ الْحَقِّ مِنْ وَالِدٍ وَ وَلَدٍ
فَقَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع رَحِمَكَ اللَّهُ وَ جَزَاكَ عَنِ الْحَقِّ خَيْراً
قَالَ وَ مَرَّ بِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ وَ هُوَ فِي الْقَتْلَى وَ قَالَ هَذَا الْبَائِسُ مَا كَانَ أَخْرَجَهُ أَ دِينٌ أَخْرَجَهُ أَمْ نَصْرٌ لِعُثْمَانَ وَ اللَّهِ مَا كَانَ رَأْيُ عُثْمَانَ فِيهِ وَ لَا فِي أَبِيهِ بِحَسَنٍ
ثُمَّ مَرَّ بِمَعْبَدِ بْنِ زُهَيْرِ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ فَقَالَ لَوْ كَانَتِ الْفِتْنَةُ بِرَأْسِ الثُّرَيَّا لَتَنَاوَلَهَا هَذَا الْغُلَامُ وَ اللَّهِ مَا كَانَ فِيهَا بِذِي نَخِيرَةٍ وَ لَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ أَدْرَكَهُ وَ إِنَّهُ لَيُوَلْوِلُ فَرَقاً مِنَ السَّيْفِ
ثُمَّ مَرَّ بِمُسْلِمِ بْنِ قَرَظَةَ فَقَالَ الْبِرُّ أَخْرَجَ هَذَا وَ اللَّهِ لَقَدْ كَلَّمَنِي أَنْ أُكَلِّمَ لَهُ عُثْمَانَ فِي شَيْءٍ كَانَ يَدَّعِيهِ قِبَلَهُ بِمَكَّةَ فَأَعْطَاهُ عُثْمَانُ وَ قَالَ لَوْ لَا أَنْتَ مَا أَعْطَيْتُهُ إِنَّ هَذَا مَا عَلِمْتُ بِئْسَ أَخُو الْعَشِيرَةِ ثُمَّ جَاءَ الْمَشُومُ لِلْحَيْنِ يَنْصُرُ عُثْمَانَ
ثُمَّ مَرَّ بِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ زُهَيْرٍ فَقَالَ هَذَا أَيْضاً مِمَّنْ أَوْضَعَ فِي قِتَالِنَا زَعَمَ يَطْلُبُ اللَّهَ بِذَلِكَ وَ لَقَدْ كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ كُتُباً يُؤْذِي عُثْمَانَ فِيهَا فَأَعْطَاهُ شَيْئاً فَرَضِيَ عَنْهُ
ثُمَّ مَرَّ بِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ فَقَالَ هَذَا خَالَفَ أَبَاهُ فِي الْخُرُوجِ وَ أَبُوهُ حِينَ لَمْ يَنْصُرْنَا قَدْ أَح
(The book) ‘Al-Irshad’ – From a speech of his-asws during his-asws circling around the battleground (after the battle): ‘These are Quraysh of mutilated noses, and my-asws soul is healed. I-asws gone ahead to them to warn them of the biting sword, and your were new, there was no knowledge for you with what you are seeing, but sometimes it is the evil misfortune, and I-asws seek Refuge with Allah-azwj from the evil misfortune’. Then he-asws passed by Ma’bad Bin Al-Miqdad and said: ‘May Allah-azwj have Mercy on the father of this one! If he had been alive, his view would have been better than the view of this one’. Ammar Bin Yasser said, ‘The praise is for Allah-azwj Who Caught him and Lowered his cheeks. We, by Allah-azwj O Amir Al-Momineen-asws, do not care who turns away from the truth, from the father and the son’. Amir Al-Momineen-asws said: ‘May Allah-azwj have Mercy on you and Recompense you goodly about the truth’. He (the narrator) said, ‘And he-asws passed by Abdullah Bin Rabie Bin Darrah, and he was among the slain, and he-asws said: ‘This is the evil as can be. What was his coming out? Did he come out for religion or did he come out for helping Usman? By Allah-azwj! The view of Usman was not good, regarding him nor regarding his father’. Then he-asws passed by Ma’abad Bin Zuheyr Bin Abu Umayya. He-asws said: ‘If the head of Fitna was on top of the sun, this boy would have got it. By Allah-azwj! What had happened at Zi Nukheyra, and one who had come across him informed me-asws that he was squealing scared from the sword’. Then he-asws passed by Muslim Bin Fizah. He-asws said: ‘This one came out righteously. By Allah-azwj! He had spoken to me-asws that I-asws should speak to Usman regarding something he had claimed before him at Makkah, and Usman gave it to him, and said, ‘Had it not been for you-asws, I would not have given it. This one does not know the brotherhood of the clan’. Then the inauspicious came when Usman had triumphed’. Then he passed by Abdullah Bin Humeyd Bin Zuheyr. He-asws said: ‘This one as well, is from the one placed in fighting us, and he had written a letter to me-asws hurting Usman in it. He gave him something, and he became pleased from him’. Then he-asws passed by Abdullah Bin Hakeem Bin Hizam. He-asws said: ‘This one opposed his father when he did not help us. He has been good in his allegiance to us, and even though he had refrained and sat back when he doubted regarding the fighti
