وَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ عَنْ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص يَا عَلِيُّ إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَهَبَ لَكَ حُبَّ الْمَسَاكِينِ وَ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَرَضِيتَ بِهِمْ إِخْوَاناً وَ رَضُوا بِكَ إِمَاماً فَطُوبَى لِمَنْ أَحَبَّكَ وَ صَدَّقَ عَلَيْكَ وَ وَيْلٌ لِمَنْ أَبْغَضَكَ وَ كَذَّبَ عَلَيْكَ
يَا عَلِيُّ أَنْتَ الْعَالِمُ بِهَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ مَنْ أَحَبَّكَ فَازَ وَ مَنْ أَبْغَضَكَ هَلَكَ
يَا عَلِيُّ أَنَا الْمَدِينَةُ وَ أَنْتَ بَابُهَا فَهَلْ تُؤْتَى الْمَدِينَةُ إِلَّا مِنْ بَابِهَا
يَا عَلِيُّ أَهْلُ مَوَدَّتِكَ كُلُّ أَوَّابٍ حَفِيظٍ وَ كُلُّ ذِي طِمْرٍ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَبَرَّ قَسَمَهُ
يَا عَلِيُّ إِخْوَانُكَ كُلُّ طَاوٍ وَ زَاكٍ مُجْتَهِدٍ يُحِبُّ فِيكَ وَ يُبْغِضُ فِيكَ مُحْتَقِرٌ عِنْدَ الْخَلْقِ عَظِيمُ الْمَنْزَلَةِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ
يَا عَلِيُّ مُحِبُّوكَ جِيرَانُ اللَّهِ فِي دَارِ الْفِرْدَوْسِ لَا يَتَأَسَّفُونَ عَلَى مَا خَلَّفُوا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا
يَا عَلِيُّ أَنَا وَلِيٌّ لِمَنْ وَالَيْتَ وَ أَنَا عَدُوٌّ لِمَنْ عَادَيْتَ
يَا عَلِيُّ مَنْ أَحَبَّكَ فَقَدْ أَحَبَّنِي وَ مَنْ أَبْغَضَكَ فَقَدْ أَبْغَضَنِي
يَا عَلِيُّ إِخْوَانُكَ الذُّبُلُ الشِّفَاهِ تُعْرَفُ الرَّهْبَانِيَّةُ فِي وُجُوهِهِمْ
يَا عَلِيُّ إِخْوَانُكَ يَفْرَحُونَ فِي ثَلَاثَةِ مَوَاطِنَ عِنْدَ خُرُوجِ أَنْفُسِهِمْ وَ أَنَا شَاهِدُهُمْ وَ أَنْتَ وَ عِنْدَ الْمُسَاءَلَةِ فِي قُبُورِهِمْ وَ عِنْدَ الْعَرْضِ وَ عِنْدَ الصِّرَاطِ إِذْ سُئِلَ سَائِرُ الْخَلْقِ عَنْ إِيمَانِهِمْ فَلَمْ يُجِيبُوا
يَا عَلِيُّ حَرْبُكَ حَرْبِي وَ سِلْمُكَ سِلْمِي وَ حَرْبِي حَرْبُ اللَّهِ مَنْ سَالَمَكَ فَقَدْ سَالَمَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ
يَا عَلِيُّ بَشِّرْ إِخْوَانَكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ رَضِيَ عَنْهُمْ إِذْ رَضِيَكَ لَهُمْ قَائِداً وَ رَضُوا بِكَ وَلِيّاً
يَا عَلِيُّ أَنْتَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ قَائِدُ الْغُرِّ الْمُحَجَّلِينَ
يَا عَلِيُّ شِيعَتُكَ الْمُنْتَجَبُونَ وَ لَوْ لَا أَنْتَ وَ شِيعَتُكَ مَا قَامَ لِلَّهِ دِينٌ وَ لَوْ لَا مَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مِنْكُمْ لَمَا أَنْزَلَتِ السَّمَاءُ قَطْرَهَا
يَا عَلِيُّ لَكَ كَنْزٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَ أَنْتَ ذُو قَرْنَيْهَا شِيعَتُكَ تُعْرَفُ بِحِزْبِ اللَّهِ
يَا عَلِيُّ أَنْتَ وَ شِيعَتُكَ الْقَائِمُونَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَ خِيَرَةُ اللَّهِ مِنْ خَلْقِهِ
يَا عَلِيُّ أَنَا أَوَّلُ مَنْ يَنْفُضُ التُّرَابَ عَنْ رَأْسِهِ وَ أَنْتَ مَعِي ثُمَّ سَائِرُ الْخَلْقِ
يَا عَلِيُّ أَنْتَ وَ شِيعَتُكَ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ تَسْقُونَ مَنْ أ
And by his chain from Abu Baseer, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws, from his-asws forefathers-asws, from Amir Al-Momineen-asws having said: ‘Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘O Ali-asws! Allah-azwj has Gifted to you-asws the love of the poor and the weak in the earth. So, be pleased with them as brethren and they will be pleased with you-asws as an Imam-asws. Beatitude is for one loving you-asws and is truthful upon you-asws, and woe is for the one hating you-asws and lies upon you-asws. O Ali-asws! You-asws the knower with this community. One who love you is successful, and one hating you-asws is destroyed. O Ali-asws! I-saww am the city and you-asws are its gate, so can the city be accessed except from its gate? O Ali-asws! The person of your-asws cordiality is every penitent, pious, and with destitution. If he were to swear upon Allah-azwj, he would fulfil his vow. O Ali-asws! You brother is every hungry, and that is the struggler, loving for your-asws sake and hating for your-asws sake, belittled in the presence of the people, mighty of status in the Presence of Allah-azwj. O Ali-asws! One loving you with be in the neighbourhood of Allah-azwj in the house of Al Firdows, not regretting upon what they had left behind from the world. O Ali-asws! I-saww am a friend to the one you-asws befriend, and I-saww am an enemy to the one you-asws are inimical to. O Ali-asws! One who loves you-asws, so he has loved me-saww, and one hating you has hated me-saww. O Ali-asws! Your-asws brothers-asws are of the parched lips. The spiritualism is recognised in their faces. O Ali-asws! Your-asws would be rejoicing in three places – at the exiting of their souls and I-saww and you-asws would be witnessing them, and at the questioning in their graves and at the presentation, and at the Bridge when the rest of the people are asked about their Eman, and they will not (be able to) answer. O Ali-asws! Your-asws was is my-asws war, and your-asws peace is my-saww peace, and my-saww is a war of Allah-azwj. One at peace with you-asws so he is at peace with Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic. O Ali-asws! Give glad tidings to your-asws brethren that Allah-azwj is Pleased with them when you-asws are pleased for them and they are pleased with you-asws as a guardian-asws. O Ali-asws! You-asws are Emir of the Momineen, and guide of the resplendent. O Ali-asws! Your-asws Shias are the noble, and had it not been for you-asws and your-asws Shias, a religion would not have been established for Allah-azwj, and had it not been for the ones from you all in the earth, the sky would not have sent down its drops. O Ali-asws! There is a treasure for you-asws in the Paradise and you-asws with its reins. Your-asws Shias are recognise as the party of Allah-azwj. O Ali-asws! You-asws and your-asws Shias are the ones standing with the fairness and are the Choice of Allah-azwj from His-azwj creatures. O Ali-asws! I-asws am the first one to shake off the dust from his head, and you-asws will be with me-saww, then it would be rest of the people. O Ali-a
