Bihar al-Anwar · Allamah al-Majlisi
(The book) ‘Sawaab Al Amaal’ – Majaylawiya, from Muhammad Al Attar, from Al Ash’ary, from Ahmad Bin Hilal, from Al Bazanty, from Aban, from Zurara, ‘From Abu Ja’far-asws: ‘When the Prophet-saww left from Arafaat and travelled to Mina, he-saww entered the Masjid. The people gathered to him-saww. They asked him-saww about Laylat Al-Qadr. He-saww stood up to address. He-saww said after the extollations upon Allah-azwj: ‘As for after! You are asking me-saww about Laylat Al-Qadr, and I-saww am not withholding from you all because I-saww do not happen to be a knower of it! Know, O you people! The one to whom a month of Ramazan arrives and he is healthy, sound, whether he fasts his day and stands along from his night (to pray Salat) and is persistent upon his Salat(s), and attends the Friday Salat, and goes to his Eid, so he has realised Laylat Al-Qadr and succeeded with awards of the Lord-azwj! ’
He (the narrator) said, ‘Abu Abdullah-asws said: ‘He has succeeded, by Allah-azwj, with awards which aren’t like awards of (rest of) the servants! ’’[57]
