rength upon that and Your-azwj Power upon it, and Your‑azwj needlessness from it, and my need to it! Grace me in this year of mine, and this month of mine, and this day of mine, and this hour of mine, sustenance You-azwj will Enrich me by it from encumbering what is in hands of the people, from Your-azwj sustenance, the Permissible, the good! Yes, Lord-azwj! Your-azwj Conferment I seek, and to You-azwj I am desirous, and to You-azwj is my hope, and You-azwj are rightful of that! Neither do I hope to others nor trust except with You‑azwj, O the most Merciful of the merciful ones! Yes, Lord-azwj! I have been unjust to myself so Forgive for me and Mercy me and Pardon me! O Listener of every voice, and O Gatherer of every lost, and O Fashioner of the souls after the death! O the One-azwj Whom the darkness does not overwhelm, nor do the voices confuse Him-azwj, nor does a thing pre-occupy Him-azwj from a thing! Grant Muhammad-saww better than what he-saww asked You-azwj and better than what I have asked for him-saww, and better than what You-azwj will be asked for him-saww up to the Day of Qiyamah, and Gift to me the well-being until the life is pleasant for me, and End for me with goodness until the sins do not harm me! O Allah-azwj! Cause me to be satisfied with what You-azwj have Apportioned for me until I do not ask anyone for anything! O Allah-azwj! Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww, and Open for me treasures of Your-azwj Mercy, and Mercy me with such a Mercy, You-azwj will not Punish me after it forever in the world and the Hereafter, and Grace me from Your-azwj vast Grace Permissible sustenance, good, not impoverishing (making me needy) after it to anyone besides You-azwj, increasing me with that in appreciation and destitution to You-azwj and poverty, and with You-azwj being needless from the ones besides You-azwj, and chastity! O Favourer, O Beautifier, O Bestower, O Gracious, O King, O Powerful! Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww, and Suffice me of the important matters, all of them, and Decree for me with the excellence, and Bless for me in entirety of my matters, and Fulfil for me entirety of my needs! O Allah-azwj! Ease for me what I am fearing its difficulty, for easing for me what I am fearing its difficulty is up to You-azwj, and Facilitate for me what I fear its grief and Relieve from me what I am fearing its constriction, and Restrain from me what I am fearing its sadness, and Turn away from me what I am fearing its affliction, O the most Merciful of the merciful ones! O Allah-azwj! Fill my heart with love for You-azwj, and fearing from You-azwj, and ratifying Your‑azwj Book, and Eman with You-azwj, and separating from You-azwj and yearning to You-azwj, O Possessor of the Majesty and the Benevolence! O Allah-azwj! There are rights for You-azwj, so Donate with these unto me, and there are pursuits for the people before me, so Carry these on my behalf, and You-azwj have Obligated hospitality for every guest, and I am Your-azwj guest, so Make my Hospitality tonight be the Paradise, O Bestower of the Paradise, O Bestower of the Forgiveness, and there is neither might nor strength except with You-azwj! ’’[5]
