الدُّعَاءِ أَنَّهُ الَّذِي رَفَعَهُ اللَّهُ جَلَّ جَلَالُهُ بِهِ إِلَيْهِ وَ أَنَّهُ مِنْ أَفْضَلِ الدُّعَاءِ وَ هُوَ
سُبْحَانَكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَ وَارِثَهُ يَا إِلَهَ الْآلِهَةِ الرَّفِيعَ جَلَالُهُ يَا اللَّهُ الْمَحْمُودُ فِي كُلِّ فِعَالِهِ يَا رَحْمَانَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَ رَاحِمَهُ يَا حَيُّ حِينَ لَا حَيَّ فِي دَيْمُومَةِ مُلْكِهِ وَ بَقَائِهِ
يَا قَيُّومُ فَلَا يَفُوتُ شيئا [شَيْءٌ] مِنْ عِلْمِهِ وَ لَا يَئُودُهُ يَا وَاحِدُ الْبَاقِي أَوَّلَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَ آخِرَهُ يَا دَائِمُ بِغَيْرِ فَنَاءٍ وَ لَا زَوَالٍ لِمُلْكِهِ يَا صَمَدُ فِي غَيْرِ شَبِيهٍ وَ لَا شَيْءَ كَمِثْلِهِ يَا بَارُّ فَلَا شَيْءَ كُفْوُهُ وَ لَا مُدَانِيَ لِوَصْفِهِ يَا كَبِيرُ أَنْتَ الَّذِي لَا تَهْتَدِي الْقُلُوبُ لِعَظَمَتِهِ
يَا بَارِئُ الْمُنْشِئُ بِلَا مِثَالٍ خَلَا مِنْ غَيْرِهِ يَا زَاكِي الطَّاهِرُ مِنْ كُلِّ آفَةٍ بِقُدْسِهِ يَا كَافِي الْمُوسِعُ لِمَا خَلَقَ مِنْ عَطَايَا فَضْلِهِ يَا نَقِيُّ مِنْ كُلِّ جَوْرٍ لَمْ يَرْضَهُ وَ لَمْ يُخَالِطْهُ فِعَالُهُ يَا حَنَّانُ الَّذِي وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ رَحْمَتُهُ يَا مَنَّانُ ذَا الْإِحْسَانِ قَدْ من [عَمَ] الْخَلَائِقَ بِمَنِّهِ يَا دَيَّانَ الْعِبَادِ فَكُلٌّ يَقُومُ خَاضِعاً لِرَهْبَتِهِ
يَا خَالِقَ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ الْأَرَضِينَ فَكُلٌّ إِلَيْهِ مَعَادُهُ يَا رَحْمَانَ وَ رَاحِمَ كُلِّ صَرِيخٍ وَ مَكْرُوبٍ وَ غِيَاثَهُ وَ مَعَاذَهُ يَا بَارُّ فَلَا تَصِفُ الْأَلْسُنُ كُنْهَ جَلَالِ مُلْكِهِ وَ عِزِّهِ
يَا مُبْدِئَ الْبَدَايَا لَمْ يَبْغِ فِي إِنْشَائِهَا أَعْوَاناً مِنْ خَلْقِهِ يَا عَلَّامَ الْغُيُوبِ فَلَا يَئُودُهُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ حِفْظُهُ يَا مُعِيداً مَا أَفْنَاهُ إِذَا بَرَزَ الْخَلَائِقُ لِدَعْوَتِهِ مِنْ مَخَافَتِهِ
يَا حَلِيمُ ذَا الإناءة [الْأَنَاةِ] فَلَا شَيْءَ يَعْدِلُهُ مِنْ خَلْقِهِ يَا مَحْمُودَ الْفَعَالِ ذَا الْمَنِّ عَلَى جَمِيعِ خَلْقِهِ بِلُطْفِهِ يَا عَزِيزُ الْغَالِبُ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ فَلَا شَيْءَ يَعْدِلُهُ يَا قَاهِرُ ذَا الْبَطْشِ الشَّدِيدِ أَنْتَ الَّذِي لَا يُطَاقُ انْتِقَامُهُ
يَا مُتَعَالِي الْقَرِيبُ فِي عُلُوِّ ارْتِفَاعِ دُنُوِّهِ يَا جَبَّارُ الْمُذَلِّلُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ بِقَهْرِ عَزِيزِ سُلْطَانِهِ يَا نُورَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَنْتَ الَّذِي فَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ نُورُهُ يَا قُدُّوسُ الطَّاهِرُ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَ لَا شَيْءَ يَعْدِلُهُ يَا قَرِيبُ الْمُجِيبُ الْمُتَدَانِي دُونَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قُرْبُهُ
يَا عَالِي الشَّامِخُ فِي السَّمَاءِ فَوْقَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ عُلُوُّ ارْتِفَاعِهِ يَا بَدِيعَ الْبَدَائِعِ وَ مُعِيدَهَا بَعْدَ فَنَائِهَا بِقُدْرَتِهِ يَا جَلِيلُ الْمُتَكَبِّرُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَالْعَدْلُ أَمْرُهُ وَ الصِّدْقُ وَعْدُهُ يَا مَجِيدُ فَلَا يَبْلُغُ الْأَوْهَامُ كُلَّ ثَنَائِهِ وَ مَجْدِهِ
Al-Tusi, may Allah-azwj Mercy him, in ‘Al-Misbah’. He said, ‘And you should supplicate also during the pre-dawn with a supplication of Idrees-as, and I saw this supplication in a chain, it is due to which Allah-azwj, Majestic is His-azwj Majesty Raised him-as to Him-azwj, and it is from best of the supplications, and it is: –
‘Glory be to You-azwj! There is no god except You-azwj, O Lord-azwj of all things and its Inheritor! O God-azwj of the gods, Lofty is His-azwj Majesty! O Allah-azwj, the Praise in all of His-azwj Actions! O Beneficent of all things and its Mercier! O Living when there was no living being, His-azwj Kingdom in His-azwj Permanency and His-azwj Ever-lasting! O Eternal, so nothing is missed out from His-azwj Knowledge nor does it fatigue Him-azwj! O the One-azwj, the Remaining, First of all things and its last! O Permanent without perishing, and there is no decline for His-azwj Kingdom! O Non-hollow without a resemblance nor is anything like Him-azwj! O Maker so there is nothing matching Him-azwj nor even near to His-azwj description! O Great, You-azwj are the One Who the hearts are not guided to His-azwj Magnificence! O Maker, the Creator without a prior example apart from others! O Pure, Clean from every defect! O Sufficer, the Capacious of awarding to whatever He-azwj has Created by His-azwj Grace! O Pure from every injustice! He-azwj is not Pleased with it and it does not mingle His‑azwj Actions! O Affectional which is capacious of all things in Mercy! O Bestower with the Favours. He-azwj Generalises His-azwj creatures with His-azwj Conferment. O Judge of the servants! All stand humbly in reverence to Him-azwj! O Creator of ones in the skies and the earths, the return of all is to Him-azwj! O beneficent and Mercier to every crier and distressed, and his Helper and his Refuge! O Beneficent and Merciful to every crier and distressed and his Helper and his Refuge! O Righteous! The tongues cannot describe the essence of Majesty of His-azwj Kingdom and of His-azwj Might! O Initiator of the beginnings! He-azwj did not Seek any supporters from His-azwj creatures in Creating these! O Knower of the hidden matters, preserving anything from it does not fatigue Him-azwj! O Repeater of what He-azwj Annihilator were the creatures come out to supplicate to Him-azwj from fearing Him-azwj! O Lenient with the patience! Nothing from His-azwj creatures resemble Him-azwj! O Praise-worthy of the Actions with the Conferment upon entirety of His-azwj creatures by His-azwj Subtlety! O Mighty, the Prevailer upon His-azwj Commands, so there is nothing equating Him‑azwj! O Forceful with the severe Prowess! You-azwj are the One Whose Revenge cannot be endured! O Exalted, the Near in Exaltedness of Loftiness of His-azwj Nearness! O Subduer, the Humiliator of all thing by Force of Might of His-azwj Authority! O Noor of all things! You-azwj are the One Whose Noor Split the skies! O Holy, the Clean from all things, and there is nothing equating Him-azwj! O Near, the Responder, His-azwj Nearness is besides all things! O Exalted, the Lofty in the sky above all things, Exalted is His-azwj Loftiness! O originator of the beginnings and its Repeater after its annihilation by His-azwj Power! O Majestic, the Great upon all things! Just is His-azwj Command and truthful is His-azwj Promised! O G
