Bihar al-Anwar · Allamah al-Majlisi
وَ عَنِ الصَّادِقِ ع فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى وَ السَّابِقُونَ السَّابِقُونَ أُولئِكَ الْمُقَرَّبُونَ قَالَ نَحْنُ السَّابِقُونَ وَ نَحْنُ الْآخِرُونَ.
And from Al-Sadiq-asws regarding Words of the Exalted: And the foremost are the foremost [56: 10], he-asws said: ‘We-asws are the foremost, and we-asws are the latter ones’’. [11]
