كنز، كنز جامع الفوائد و تأويل الآيات الظاهرة مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُحَمَّدِيِ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْجَارُودِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ وَ يَقُولُونَ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَ بِالرَّسُولِ وَ أَطَعْنا الْآيَاتِ قَالَ إِنَّهَا نَزَلَتْ فِي رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى مِنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع أَرْضاً ثُمَّ نَدِمَ وَ نَدَّمَهُ أَصْحَابُهُ فَقَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ ع لَا حَاجَةَ لِي فِيهَا فَقَالَ لَهُ قَدِ اشْتَرَيْتَ وَ رَضِيتَ فَانْطَلِقْ أُخَاصِمْكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص
فَقَالَ لَهُ أَصْحَابُهُ لَا تُخَاصِمْهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص فَقَالَ انْطَلِقْ أُخَاصِمْكَ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَ عُمَرَ أَيِّهُمَا شِئْتَ بَيْنِي وَ بَيْنَكَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ع لَا وَ اللَّهِ وَ لَكِنْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص بَيْنِي وَ بَيْنَكَ لَا أَرْضَى بِغَيْرِهِ
فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ هَذِهِ الْآيَاتِ وَ يَقُولُونَ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَ بِالرَّسُولِ وَ أَطَعْنا إِلَى قَوْلِهِ وَ أُولئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ.
(The books) ‘Kunz Jamie Al-Fawaid’ and ‘Taweel Al Ayaat Al Zaahira’ – Muhammad Bin Al Abbas, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn Bin Humeyd, from Ja’far Bin Abdullah Al Muhammady, from Kaseer Bin Abbas, from Abu Al Jaroud, ‘From Abu Ja’far-asws regarding Words of Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic: And they are saying, ‘We believe in Allah and in the Rasool and we obey! ’ [24: 47] – the Verses. He-asws said: ‘But rather, it was revealed regarding a man who bought a land from Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws, then regretted it, and his companion (also) regretted it. So he said to Ali-asws, ‘I have no need with regards to it’. But he-asws said to him: ‘You have bought it and were happy with it, so take your dispute to Rasool-Allah-saww’. His companion said to him-asws, ‘Do not take his-asws dispute to Rasool-Allah-saww’, and he said, ‘Take your-asws dispute to Abu Bakr, and Umar, whichever of the two you like, to be between me and you-asws’. Ali-asws said: ‘No, by Allah-azwj! But Rasool-Allah-saww would be between me-asws and you. I-asws will not be happy with someone else’. Thus Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Revealed these Verses: they are saying, ‘We hear and we obey! ’ And these, they would be the successful ones [24: 51] – up to His-azwj Words: so these, they would be the victorious ones [24: 52]’’.
