(The book) ‘Al Mahasin’ – Muhammad Bin Abdul Hameed, from Abdullah Bin Jundab, from one of his men, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘When a man was such that the Hajj was from his performance during every year, then he stays back for a year so he does not go out, the Angels who are upon the ground say to those (Angels) who are upon the mountain: ‘We are missing the voice of so and so! ’ They say, ‘Search for him! ’
So they search for him but they do not find him, so they say, ‘O Allah-azwj! If debts have withheld him, so Pay it on his behalf, or a sickness, so Heal him, or poverty, so Enrich him, or imprisonment, so Relieve him from it, or if some people have done something with him, Do it with them! ’, and the people are supplicating for their own selves while they (Angels) are supplicating for the ones who stayed back’’.
