Man La Yahduruh al-Faqih · Shaykh al-Saduq
4923 - وَ قَالَ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِ اَلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ مَا بَالُنَا نَجِدُ بِأَوْلاَدِنَا مَا لاَ يَجِدُونَ بِنَا فَقَالَ "لِأَنَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ وَ لَسْتُمْ مِنْهُمْ".
Hadith. 4923 - Some of the companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) asked: "O Messenger of Allah (swt), why do we feel a stronger affection for our children than they feel for us? "
He (sw) replied: "Because they are from you, but you are not from them. "
