Chapter on the Legal Punishment for Theft — الحديث 5104
Man La Yahduruh al-Faqih · Shaykh al-Saduq
5104 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: "كُلُّ مَدْخَلٍ يُدْخَلُ إِلَيْهِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَسَرَقَ مِنْهُ اَلسَّارِقُ فَلاَ قَطْعَ عَلَيْهِ".
Hadith. 5104 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "Every place that can be entered without permission, and a thief steals from it, there is no cutting off of the hand. "
