Chapter on the Inheritance of Direct Offspring — الحديث 5608

5608 - وَ رَوَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ اَلْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي اَلْحَسَنِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ جَارٍ لِي هَلَكَ وَ تَرَكَ بَنَاتٍ فَقَالَ "اَلْمَالُ لَهُنَّ".
Hadith. 5608 - It is narrated by Ali ibn Al-Hakam from Ali ibn Abi Hamzah from Abu Al-Hasan (as) who said: I asked Imam (as) about my neighbor who passed away and left behind daughters. Imam (as) replied: "The wealth belongs to them. "
