Chapter on the Inheritance of One Who Has No Heir — الحديث 5715
Man La Yahduruh al-Faqih · Shaykh al-Saduq
5715 - وَ قَدْ رُوِيَ فِي خَبَرٍ آخَرَ: "أَنَّ مَنْ مَاتَ وَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَارِثٌ فَمَالُهُ لِهَمْشَهْرِيجِهِ " يَعْنِي أَهْلَ بَلَدِهِ.
Hadith. 5715 - It has also been narrated in another report: "Whoever dies and has no heir, his wealth belongs to his Hamshahrij, " meaning the people of his town.
